I moved recently and lost the instructions, it doesnt seem very straight forward! This question is for people who have a buzz only thanks! X

I have a Quinny Buzz and have exactly the same problem. My daughter is 10 months old and I already have the straps extended to the maximum.

I spoke to Mothercare who I purchased the pushchair from and they have ordered me some extension straps from Quinny as apparently it’s a known problem. Bad news is they said it could take up to 28 days to arrive!”

Maybe you could try what this mother did and order extension straps?

I also don’t own one (they look really neat hough!) but I went to the website

Just choose your country or language and they have instruction booklets that you can download in a PDF file and also a way to contact the company.

Hope you can find the info you need :)
