Question by Jennifer: Is the Mia Moda Atmosferra handlebar supposed to be loose?
My Mia Moda Atmosferra handle bar is loose only on the right side. It tilts slightly downward. I am not sure how to fix this or if it is supposed to be like that, because the release is on the right side of the handlebar. It does get a bit annoying.

No the set screw ( look underneath) needs to be tightened.
