I’m unaware of any airline that allows passengers to bring their strollers on board (review below). Instead, they permit you to ‘gate check’ it. Well, I don’t believe that these people care about my stroller and they probably toss it into the storage area. If you want to protect your stroller from damage, I highly recommend.
This bag will fold down small enough to fit into the small basket Maclaren strollers provide. It’s easy to put the stroller inside (wide zipped area), and can stay folded in your luggage while you’re out of town. I find it a great product.

I used the bag to take our stroller on vacation. The bag was large enough to hold the Maclaren XT and then some. The wheels were sturdy and the bag was easy to pull. It made taking the stroller along easy.

I got this bag for the sole purpose of travelling with it as I didn’t want the airline crew to be throwing around an expensive stroller… it arrived on time and although the Maclaren XLT is a little snug in it, it does fit… and there are wheels at the bottom of the bag which I wasn’t aware of before hand, but I think is great for travelling.

I haven’t used it to travel I just wanted it for storage, so far so good, is bigger than it looks in the picture though. It feels really sturdy. The amazon shipping was really fast.

I find it is much easier to wear my baby in a carrier when I’m in the airport, but when we want to bring our stroller with us we wheel it through the airport in this carrier and gate check it. The only problem we ran into was that many airport employees thought it was a set of golf clubs! Once we cleared that up we had no problems at all.
